New work - Call of the Gospel

My latest piece Call of the Gospel is now uploaded.  (Count yourself privileged - I finished and sent off this piece at 5.00pm today!)  The ever-expanding SA brass band catalogue means it gets increasingly difficult for writers to come up with original titles, so if you think the title Call of of the Gospel sounds familiar, you're not far wrong.  There's already 'The Call of the Righteous' (Condon) and 'Sound of the Gospel' (Redhead), it was hard to avoid these in coming up with the title.  S...

New work - Fusion

A tonsillectomy has kept me away from the website recently and although a little groggy still, I have been trying to finish pieces. In fact being off work is giving me a little more time to write than usual.

I'm making good progress on the opener for the London Central Fellowship Band (still untitled) - it's a 3-4 minute arrangement of 'We have a Gospel'.  It will be complete within the next week or so.
